Im going to encourage Roe to do the volcano to get her frusterations out, this is what yoga kids instructs. Sounds easy enough, I will let you know how it works out.
funny, I should teach Berkley. Right now, when he needs to settle down, he goes to his room. He's starting to learn to breath deep, and say, "I'm settling down mom, I'm calming down" it's so cute! But hey, the Volcano looks interesting, maybe he needs to start doing that!
Please do...I've started the "in through the nose, out through the mouth" but that doesn't seem to work. Jackson keeps saying "it doesn't work, mom!" Never thought about yoga! I've considered therapy, though! j/k!:)
