Fantastically Four

Kingston had a few friends over for his birthday Wednesday after preschool, this is a wild bunch for sure!
Donuts are a great way to start out your birthday!
They got so excited hitting the minata, this was not an easy task to break.

Grampy and Grandma Susie got to join the party and surprised King with his first bike!
Elle lost in the leaves, parties are super easy and simple when you are 4:)
My dad took this pic, King leaning in for a kiss while I was reading to them. I always have said boys love their moms, mine are going to make the best husbands some day if they keep up this sweetness.
So crazy that my 4th child is already 4! He is still in denial too because he told me he still just wants to be free and a half...

Thankful

I am so thankful for my kids that have come to know and love Jesus, I continue to pray for their relationship and growth with him, rooting their confidence & identity in Christ.  I think Im a pretty good motivator for them of how I can't live my life daily or hourly alone in my messiness. We were so sad to leave our New Hope family of 10 years but I think God can really use change to grow us and he has for my kids at UCC. Sunday was an amazing morning for them making the decision to get baptized.
just noticed the video reflection on the top of this pic #love
Xander has been loving youth group on Wednesday nights and I am wanting him to stay connected as a middle schooler now.

I was emotional and thankful for Jen Palmgren at my side, wanting to celebrate this moment with all of our family and my kiddos friends at the time but will just have to do so in the blog world because it is standing room only if you don't get to church well before the start time;)
so proud of these kids, Xander in freeze mode from the dip

Cousins Weekend

We always love the fall break for the Nashville Says, just in time for some fun at the Pumpkin Patch.

This hayrack ride had real seating:)
Uncle Randy being his usual self
The animals were a little dangerous, there was a bad sheep that got a hold of my shirt that Trav had to come and pry his mouth off.
The kids favorite of course, the friendly fire.

my little calf lover
these interesting bicycles, Addie and Xander didn't get far going in a circle backwards

So hard to have family far away, but makes spending time together even more meaningful.
