Father's Day Fun

The Says Nashville got to ride with my kiddos and Grandpa Say in the Washunga Days Parade in Council Grove, what a cool Grandpa!!

We spent Father's day at the ballpark, thankfully in town, Jude's team is getting ready to wrap up their season, for kid pitch the season has not gone too terrible, a fun little team to watch depending on the day;)

fishing on the farm, nice catch in cleats:)

Zip On

My parents got my 3 big kids zip lining for their birthdays back in March and with James visiting, this was the perfect opportunity to use them, it was such a blast!

I love that Manhattan has this adventure park, I felt like we were on an excursion not in Kansas for sure.

I think this is the longest 1/4 mile biplane

Look mom, no hands!

Kingston hiked around with us, I am hoping this will be motivation to get him to eat more since he needs more lbs to participate.

Roe is actually quite a bit above the trees but it looks like she is walking on them.

They have a couple double lines to, James and Jude above.

Roe & Xan

water break

Upside down Xan above. We trekked around in a rover while the kids zipped across the park, it was an awesome day for sure.

A Pond Visit

Jess called us last week and said they had 2 plane tickets to use so she and James were coming our way for a few days, the best impromptu visit ever!

These boys deserved some donuts, they filled their day with breakfast club (basketball ball handling skills), cross-fit and  a 3 mile run to varsity, love these 2!

"donut runs" are the best destination run!

James taught Xander how to ripstick, he has quite the hip moves

crossfit kids

getting some summer volleyball in as well

Field of dreams

we had a big weekend baseball break with rain outs and finally got to play some games last weekend in Clay Center, I have a total crush on small towns, especially this one, it has the best facilities for kids sports, some great teams, we were just missing some shade!
Roe and Gray got to fill in and play in a small town tourney too, I think they had fun!

Clay Center Water Park betw games, I was just missing a tattoo!

Two of my favorite ballers with the biggest hearts, Jude and Jason:)

James got to come watch Jude play, it was the best to have his cousin twin there:)

Dempsey and Kingston took care of the toad they found, cooling him off with the blow dryer and feeding him fritos, thankfully he didn't croak;)

Splashing good times

I am thinking when Crystal asked a few families to come over for Memorial Day that she wasn't expecting everyone to say yes. So this is what it looks like after, a crap load of kids  in the pool.

Some of my favorite people who happen to have kids that are my kids favorites as well, a win win spending time together:)
:)

Kingston's summer bucket list "Learn to swim"
I am hoping Cico will open soon so we can work on this!

Hopefully getting coached by my Marlin will help

chicken fights, no head injuries thankfully

It is obvious our kids are growing up, bittersweet, proud of the young adults they are becoming.
