Mills Lake

From Alberta Falls, we hiked with the oldest boys up to Mills Lake & 

we joked this was the supplemental nursing system

We found this elk along the trail around the lake all by its lonesome,  so fun!

Since Roe wasn't with us, I had to do bust out the handstand for her, my form needs work, but the rock was not flat either!

 We can move mountains:)

 The water was so clear and cold, but refreshing for sure. We found some bikinis up here too, not pictured...

Levi & Xander attempted some handstands as well.
