Bloggable Spinach Pasta Salad

My sister sent this recipe to me, you must try this at home!


Spinach Pasta Salad

1/2 pkg baby spinach
12 oz pkg pasta, cooked
3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
3 tbsp seame seeds
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice vinegar

Monroe is already so maternal at 6! Strudel is not even 6 months yet and 40 pounds, any idea how much more they grow?

MUCKDOGS

Our Muckdogs were supposed to have their first tourney this weekend, luckily a couple teams dropped out so we only had to suffer through a doubleheader. The boys played a team who practice 3x a week, did I mention they are 7 and 8?, and had obviously hit off a machine more than 1x like us. They still had fun and would get so excited when they got an out or a run. Lets just say we have plenty of room for improvement:)))))

I am beginning to think we should have named Strudel "Dreds", reasons 2fold, his behavior is dreadful lately and his coat is turning into dreadlocks. I wonder if people who have dreadlocks have the same problem as him, collecting random things in their locks.

Happy Birthday to my baby boy who turned 3 this week!! He makes me so happy, I love that I feel like I am reliving Xander's toddlerhood through Jude because he has the same mannerisms. I am convinced it is true the youngest is spoiled, this kid has had more pop and gotten away with 10x more than the older siblings, I apologize now.
