Free and easy down the road I go...

(actually this isn't me, I was behind my sisters:) 

Long run with my sisters this am, entertained by Angie rolling around mile 4, it was quite graceful!

Never been one interested in doing a full marathon but with 2 of my sisters signed up, I had to join. 

19 down, 7.2 to go, Jess you are smart!!

Salt lake here we come or roll

I have to include my smart running girlfriends that are signed up for  a half in the spring.















and then there is my running partner who will drag me along when none of my friends can….
