welcome tile!! Gotta give a shout out to Jake, who came over and tiled our bathroom with Trav yesterday afternoon and then came back today on his day off and grouted! It looks awesome, I LOVE IT!
Very nice!! Don't knock the linoleum too much, it was at least better than the carpet (yes, carpet!) in our bathroom in TX. And no, we never replaced it in the 4 years we were there, just not handy people....
