Feast for a King

"I can mashed potato", this is what Thanksgiving looks like at our house, lots of food, drinks & games of course.

Mock Meet

She went from a 6.00 at her last mock meet on bars, to a 9.2, woohoo!!

 they followed up the meet up with a baby shower for Ms.Elliott, to be coming in the next few weeks

I have to admit I was a little concerned for this year and had heard mention of girls getting mean in 3rd grade, not so much.  Roe has been blessed with a great group of girlfriends that are there for her in good times and bad, love them.

 Thankful for my hub that when I work nights he will get the kids out, cook for them, take them to church, clean, rake leaves and most of all play. This was after mourning the loss of K-State.

Of course I was disappointed I didn't take more pictures at the annual Marlatt Sock Hop, but it was a rockin good time! Thanks to all the parents and volunteers that make it possible, (that didn't include me) it was a complete success, and the music list included Gagman Style at least 4x was icing on the cake:)

Story Time Bully

Im afraid the terrible 2's have hit, not sure what happened to my sweet boy:(  Today at his very favorite event of the week Story Time, I was mortified when he went up to maybe a 10 month old and pushed his innocent self over purposely. The babe fell back on his head, cried and the mother and several other moms gasped as we quickly followed out the crying baby, to console the mom and babe. Of course it was free book day for read to your preschooler week so the room was packed, pretty sure they are going to remember the story time bully getting kicked out , we may have to sit out a few weeks.

Doubled our age...

Jen is 36 today, Lindsay is 36 tomorrow, Happy Birthday!!!! How is it that we have doubled our age since our senior year, and how is it that our parents let us drive to Padre Island for senior trip?!!

No half-time, No overtime, No time-outs

A little peak of Monroe's gymnastics world the past 4 months preparing for the upcoming meet season. Only possible with the amazing Coach Jerkya who has been strong through surgery, chemo, PT & now this week at MD Anderson. Prayers for her Doctors and that she would be at peace with what the specialists decide is the next step in her treatment, we love you Jeryka!

 Helping in kindergarten, I felt like I needed to dress up this year. I found the costume I should have been in the neighborhood and had to get a pic with the cute homemade starbucks:)
