We are only on the 2nd week of school, and Im already missing my big kids!

Since we didn't make it to Disney this year, I bought the kids some Disney puzzles to work on before we went to Branson, they, mostly Monroe have been at work in their spare time... Almost the same as going right:)

Apparently my husband is allergic to wasps or whatever stung his ankle, pic taken after benadryl, ice, elevation and motrin. I did love popping the blister, except that Trav covered his eyes, Monroe held her ears and Xander held his nose? I obviously don't have anyone following in the nursing foot steps.

So after the middle one started asking me about how we got our baby and why the neighbors down the street adopted a baby, "Why would anyone want to give there baby up?", it was time to take a trip to the library. So Trav and I sat down with the 2 big ones and read page for page, laughed, giggled and read some more. No worries, I explained to them they weren't responsible for teaching their friends, which happened to be my friends kids, so good luck guys your on your own:)

Belly Laughs in Branson

First off, gotta thank all the grandparents for taking on all 12 grandchildren while we had a couples weekend getaway, that was fabulous!! We happened upon Bransoncabinrentals.com that was an updated lodge perfect for our weekend for very reasonable, complete with 4 King Suites with jacuzzi tubs only 2mi from Tablerock and 1mi from Silver Dollar City, would highly recommend!

We fine dined at the Bleu Olive Meditteranean style complete with a belly dancer table entertainment, think it rubbed off on us.





We rented a pontoon for the day and did some tubing, swimming and relaxing on Tablerock Lake, the water is so amazingly clear! Treading water 7mos pregnant is a serious workout.

Diving Daredevil

Jude has become quite the little swimmer the past couple weeks, he will go off the diving board without his sharks and started diving into the deep end, it is more like a face plant, but he doesn't seem to mind.

Stru's New Do

Our Strudel Doodle got a shave job today, he was so matted we didn't have much option with the dredlocks, he smells much better and has to feel better in the 100 degree heat!

Our childrens Greg Russell CD from Hilton Head has inspired Xander to learn some new songs on the piano, I remember loving this one as a kid.

We ended our Mets T-ball season with a little family game of t-ball and pizza, super hot and super fun!
