Monroe was very persistent on getting her ears pierced for her 6th birthday, it was a family event, and although I wasn't super excited about the idea they are pretty cute.

TANGO

The girls had their recital costume try ons this week. So true that what you wear does effect your behavior, they were so giddy! Im so impressed at what a fabulous job on their dance already, have a month to go!

Stripes

Realized I put all my babes in some sort of stripes today so took advantage of the photo op.
XANDER- is my big 8 year old as of yesterday, yikes that sound so old!!
MONROE- will be celebrating the big 6 on Saturday!
JUDE- can no longer open his eyes and smile and will be ringing in 3 next Wednesday!
STRUDEL- is our 25 pounder now, tripled his size in 4 months and has issues with getting car sick. Have had to clean dog puke out of the van twice in the last week, any suggestions? No wonder Jude told me it smelled like cow poop the other day.

St Patty's Parade

Thanks Palmgren for the rescue, my camera was having issues on Saturday so I missed the parade pic ops. It was a bit chilly, but still fun after a little coffee and hot chocolate. Xander finished his first 2mi race with Trav and ran the whole time, of course don't have any pictures, probably wouldn't have been great anyhow, b/c he was pasty white when he finished.

Missing Mexico

As I'm getting ready to have my second up allnighter at the hospital, my girlfriend texts me to tell me we were in Mexico last year at this time. Had to post these to reminisce on good times, Happy 36th now (tomorrow) TAIYRRA!

Loads of Prayers

A gal in our bible study shared that she hates doing laundry, so as she is folding her kids clothes she will pray for each of them. Lets just say my babes are getting plenty of prayers with our excessive piles of laundry.
