2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
Directions
Crush cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.)
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.

Judges Cup
Monroe had her first meet this weekend and did amazing. Despite standing out in the cold for 45 minutes before the meet started, poor seating, viewing and organization of the meet she did fabulously! I didn't take any pictures at the meet with a little peanut on my lap, thankfully her dad videotaped.

Short but so sweet
My parents left early Sunday morning, it is always such a great time with them, but way too short. Got to do some shopping with my mom, running with my dad, lots of eating and game playing as a family, the 2 days went way too fast. After a few tears, ok a lot of tears, we decided we are flying this Say crew for a week to Salt Lake to be with the whole fam after Christmas. Otherwise, not sure when we would be together again, waiting til Lund vacation summer 2011, seems way too far off!

Toast to the King
My parents journeyed to Manhattan to meet Kingston for the first time but broke down halfway. Not much open for rental cars or anyone who wants to fix your car on Thanksgiving so Eddie (bro n law) hopped in the car and drove 250 miles to pick them up. Meanwhile Angie slaved over the turkey and we made some sides that were old family, or mostly google recipes. Would have taken more pics but we were too busy laughing over our concoctions. Meanwhile Trav and kiddos stayed busy with the wii karaoke and wii dance. Thanks Kenz for documenting the few pictures we do have! I was laughing at Kingstons first picture with his grandparents, they told us they drank wine to stay warm while they were waiting outside in the freezing cold until Eddie rescued them, haven't stopped drinking wine since:)
