I love to brag about our church, is that bad? Great music, people and talks. God I am so humbled by this verse in John. I am so guilty of being way too worldly. Today Mr.Sturm gave a great talk about aroma of or into heaven, cant remember for sure, but I will link it when it becomes avail. He gave some great examples of experiences we have that are a hint of what heaven will be like. Did I mention we had homemade cinnamon rolls too, when I get the recipe I will share.

I am always picking out mates for my kids, I know that is really weird. I've always thought Xander will make the best husband someday, he is so loving and sincere.

Jude may surpass, here I caught him feeding cheerios to Sophia, that is my kind of boy the one who shares his food.

Future diver

Xander had his last swimming lesson tonite and jumped off the diving board and swam to the side with no life jacket, got some footage, of course. This is huge for him, he hasn't exactly been my daredevil, I am sure a lot of it is his overprotective mother.

I haven't mastered the background changing yet, but I thought this was kind of fun. Roe had her dance pictures and thought it would be cute to close her eyes and stick out her chest, yeah I think they wil turn out really nice.

Crunch time

Just 2 weeks until Monroe's dance recital and I was noticing yesterday at dance we've got some serious practicing to do. She agreed to practice as long as she could be Kendal and I was Hannah, notice how she isn't very patient with me, sooo surprising. Oh and this wouldn't be her dance costume its actually her halloween costume.

Word of the day- DOGGIES

Jude weighed in at 20#10oz and was 29.75 in tall at his 1 yr appt today. After discussing immunizations in depth with his ped he got 3 shots today and then proceeded to eat his bandaids off his legs. He has extended his vocab to include "doggies" "this" and "that" the last few days.

Roe passed out on the bar, no alcohol needed.
My parents visited last weekend and they love to eat out. The only problem is they live in Chicago and can choose from several restaurants, not so much around here, especially with kids. Food wasn't all that great, but sadly worth not having to cook or clean up after, and of course we had fun.

Cake fun

After swimming last nite, we treated Jude to Chipotle, a family favorite, and had a baby cake for him. We let he and the kids dive in, no utensils necassary. Im not sure who enjoyed it the most, it made me sick just watching. After his face, body and hair was covered with blue frosting, we headed for a bath another favorite. While I had him in the tub, Xander and Roe brought up there own cake creation with a candle in it pictured above, now I am definitely sick. They were so proud of this mushed up masterpiece and serenaded Jude once again singing Happy birthday.
